To revolutionize the Agriculture sector of Balochistan, the Honorable President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, inaugurated the “Green Tractor Program” facilitated by the Agricultural Engineering Department, Government of Balochistan on the 3rd of August 2021, in a high profile inauguration ceremony held at the Noori Naseer Khan Auditorium, Quetta.

This first of its kind ground-breaking initiative has been taken to uplift the struggling farmers of Balochistan, as this mega event was attended by, Mr. Jamal Kamal Khan-(Chief Minister of Balochistan), Syed Zahoor Ahmed Agha (Governor of Balochistan), Engr. Zmarak Khan Achakzai-(Provincial Minister of Agriculture) and top bureaucracy from Government of Balochistan.

The ball started rolling, when the Agricultural Engineering Department of Balochistan published a Tender Notice in the print media, inviting all Tractor manufacturers in Pakistan to submit their best possible offers for providing 578 units of 50hp tractors with 50% Government subsidy to the small & medium farmers of Balochistan. Through this open competition M/s Millat Tractors was declared successful on the basis of fulfilling the required Technical & Financial parameters and awarded the bulk Tender for supply of 578 units of MF-240(50hp) tractors in Pakistan Flag Green color to the Agricultural Engineering Department of Balochistan.

It is an extremely proud moment for the company to have made its long-lasting mark in the Public Sector of Pakistan. The delivery of these high quality Green MF-240 tractors has already begun and we are determined to provide our best quality of products and services to all our farmers and Institutional customers in Pakistan and rest of the world.
